Fast facts
- Grant amount: one-time financial grant of PHP 7,500
- Eligibility: enrolled undergraduate students pursuing a bachelor's degree
- Academic standing: no minimum grade requirement
- Not for elementary, high school, SHS, post-graduate, or law students
- Students with an existing national government-funded scholarship are disqualified
Documentary requirements
- Certificate of Indigency
- Certified true copy of the Certificate of Registration (COR) for 1st Semester, AY 2026–2027
- Wet-signed CHED-TDP Application Form
Submission & processing
- Submit all three documents per applicant for routing to the regional office
- All applications are subject to final CHED validation and approval
- Minimum processing time is 180 days, subject to agency fund availability

- All application details must be filled out completely. Incomplete information results in automatic delisting by CHED.
- All information on the forms must be encoded in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.
- Delisted applicants cannot be replaced.
